Clare Stokes was introduced to the world of real estate at the young age when she purchased her first rural property; from then on it was many years of buying, building and/or renovating and selling. It is this first hand experience and knowledge of property processes, procedures and transactions (as well as the emotional highs and lows in between) of being the home owner, buyer and seller, that drew Clare into creating a real estate focused career of her own. Clare soon took the opportunity to accept the challenging role of Office Manager with an local independent real estate agency and put to use the administration, co-ordination, marketing/advertising, planning and management support experience which had gained during the previous six years whilst operating in the manual trade industry.

Moving forward to today some many years later, Clare has continuously been employed in the property sector on various levels and has notable experience in all aspects of real estate business operations.  From reception to contract management, client care, administration, business development, personal assistant to high performing agents, recruitment, advertising, marketing and prospecting to launch sales agents businesses to a higher level of performance.

 

Following such success, Clare Stokes’ role within Agent Accelerate is that of Northern Regional Manager.  Covering an area from Samford to Redcliffe to Bribie Island, and all the areas in between, Clare is Agent Accelerate’s point of contact for northside real estate operators seeking to employ support staff such as administrators, personal assistants, data entry co-ordinators and the like to drive their business to the next level through focusing on core business activities and delegating non-dollar productive tasks. Working closely with the company’s director, Clare liaises with agents and agencies, and effectively determines their individual needs and subsequently sources the most suitable recruit via advertising or accessing Agent Accelerate’s extensive database of qualified candidates seeking full time, part time and casual positions in this rewarding field.
